M&K's mounting scheme gives a remarkably quick and easy installation. Simply guide the already assembled package into the cutout and tighten four screws to secure the speaker in place! FRAMELESS MAGNETIC GRILLE DESIGN - You know the typical look of an in-wall speaker: a cheap rectangular plastic frame surrounding a metal grille. Many of them look the same because they have literally come from the same mold in a plant somewhere in the Far East! Consider the U.S.-made SW-95. Its frameless look is a designer's delight. Its perforated metal grille is white powder coated over a zinc-fortified epoxy-base (most conventional in-wall speakers have unprotected painted grilles that are subject to corrosion in high humidity areas). The SW-95 grill fastens to the steel baffle with six custom-magnetized seven-pole magnets-eliminating the need for an unattractive frame-and securing the grille with more than enough strength for ceiling mounts. Simply paint the grille with the same latex paint as the surrounding wall for a perfect match-without the unwanted additional element of the plastic frame appearing on the wall.
